We are a group of attachment and connection centered therapists who believe in every individuals power and ability to shape their life into one that they want to be living.

Through building a supportive and trusting relationship with one of our therapists, we can work together to build on the skills and qualities you already have, heal trauma, and work toward you living the life you want to live.

Our approach to no two clients is the same, and is tailored to each individuals uniqueness, personality, and needs.

  • The teenage years are a rich time of learning about yourself and how you want to interact with the world around you. We honor the autonomy and individuality of every teenager we see. We approach therapy with connection, relationship building and laughter, creating a warm and safe space that is about you and your needs.

We work with adolescents of all gender identities dealing with a variety of issues, including life transitons, depression and anxiety, self-esteem, substance use and emotion regulation.

We work closely with families throughout therapy, and vary what this looks like based on family and needs.

  • We believe that as adults, we have the capacity to shift the things in life that may have been working for us once, but no longer are. We are honored to work with every individual who enters therapy, and beleive that the therapeutic relationship we build together is the foundation for meaningful therapeutic work.

We see adults of all gender identities for therapy, dealing with a variety of issues, including developmental trauma, life transitons, depression and anxiety, self-esteem, substance use and emotion regulation.

Our approach is tailored to the needs of each individual, and we would love to schedule a 15 minute free consultation to discuss your hopes for therapy.

  • We believe in the power and importance of community and connection with others, and our first community is our family. In families we take on roles which sometimes serve us, and may at other times be harmful for us. Through therapy, we have the capacity to shift the roles we play, and to prevent reenacting them in other relationships.

Some common things we focus on in family therapy are:

    • Building on the strengths of your family relationships

    • Building on the communication skills you already have, and practicing new communication skills

    • Learning what healthy conflict looks like in your family

    • Establishing boundaries and respect for the boundaries and needs of the individual
